SARS refuses to let me in to Register for TAX

Our Revenue service is a disgrace. I show up with all my documents on a time that you said I must take off from work to register, so I can pay you money. You made me wait like a dog outside the building against the wall, which ended up with 38 people behind me and refuse to help any of us after I waited 3 hours there. How am I suppose to register for tax if you refuse to be open later than 4pm and closed on weekends, and no viable electronic way to email my documents and register? I will not waste my time and petrol to stand outside like a dog to struggle to register to pay you money, all because of your so called "its full upstairs policy". Incompetent security eating their fruit, then dropping half of it on the floor, not even bothered to pick it up. I took pictures and videos which will be uploaded soon on every podcast I can find my hands on, the security vanished and didn't want to be seen at the door! You can seriously go yourself!
