Faulty Transformer (JA RIGHT)

We have been experiencing alot of load shedding in Eldorado Park lately, Saturday 18 May at 18:00pm it went off and went on at about 22:30. On 20 May it went off again at 18:00pm peak hours when people are getting home from work busy cooking was turned on at about 13:15 21May, then at 17:30 21 May off again, this time only me and 6 other houses around me, when I reported it on my same reference number as earlier on in the day, I was informed of this faulty transformer, and it takes 8 to 9 hours, well it is nearly 24hours later and still no electricity. Tried calling at 4:00am on 22 May well no one answer after about 58minutes staying on the line cause a consultant will answer they keep on telling you, I eventually ran out of airtime, called after 7:00am again, quoting my reference number this time they could not say how long still, seriously... :-( called home now 13;00pm 22 May no lights still, City Power really ... :-(
