USELESS & PATHETIC SERVICE

I am owed monies by SARS but they want proof of payment of a penalty which I paid in 2010.They will not tell me how the penalty was paid or which bank it was paid into or which bank they received it from.

It seems like this government is just out to rob us & this is why this country is in the state it's in.
