On hold 30 min then cut off - no answe

I've been trying phone all day and without any luck. I'm told by the computerized system on no 0119995029 that my call is important and that I'm no 1 in the queue for up to 30min. Then my call gets dropped on no 0119993831/4129/8481 which I've been trying each numerous times.

I cant just drive to them as I stay 380km away and need to speak to someone about the account for my tenants...

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP... I'm so frustrated...
