Truck stop in Chief Albert Luthuli Drive

I want to find out about the truck stop that is seemingly started in Chief Albert Luthuli Drive. The side of the road is extremely badly damaged, the man holes are damaged and the storm water drains is damaged. I have never seen Metro Police or traffic officers doing anything about the above mentioned.
