Bad service

The germiston municipality has the most terrible serviced i have ever come across, i have called numerous times regard my account to get the balance that is owing to make payment and i can either never get hold of them or they would pick and say they would get accounts to call me back, we have made payment on the isyakhoka website and that still shows us the same amount that we have paid days before that is still owing, these people have no pride in their jobs, seems like everything from the goverment has no ethics what so ever, it is frustrating because we have to take time of work to go stand in line and wait just to get whats owing on my account because our bill is not being dilvered. These staff have no work ethics what so ever, i even got the phone put down on my ear. All i can say is pethetic service, these guys need to go frop training on how to do they job.
