When the pizza guy gets there quicker than Police

Today my Fiance was in a car accident and was help at gun point, i got the phone put down on my ear three times because South African Police is so useless! I have never in my life experienced such bad service! I thought it was a joke when people said that the pizza boy will get to your house before the cops do anytime! Its not a joke its plain Fact. So honestly South African get your service up and running you putting your country to shame by how useless the people who are suppose to protect your citizens are!
