Police threatens and harrasses us at our home

On saturday the 27th April 2013 after 3am, two cops came to our at flat in randburg with a tenant that was living in our complex that owes us money for fixing his car, we told the customer the car will not be delivered without payment on the vehicle as he owed us since december 2012 and its a big amount of money. He absconded from the complex over night and then all of a sudden 5 months later jumps for his car without payment. As far as I'm concerned this is a civil matter between the customer and ourselves, the cops shouldn't get involved unless it benefits them!!! Coming to our home at 3 am saturday morning, forcing me to open my gate and threatening to shoot it down if i didn't for a civil matter is illegal.. We are not criminals to be treated like this, especially if no criminal case has been opened and they do not have a warrant for arrest. I went to honeydew police station to complain but obviously nothing will happen with the complaint. Thought cops are here to protect us and not threaten or intimidate us. There's lots of people suffering at the hands of our justice system. How are we as citizens protected against such disgusting behaviour by members of the SAPS???
