Incompetence

According to my knowledge, the clinic closes at 4 p.m. I got here at 3 p.m. from work, and I was just slacked right through. There was no sense of urgency. The staff was not even helpful; they just kept telling me that I should have come earlier and that they were knocking off. Who's going to help me at that time as they are knocking off? They are just unprofessional on a normal basis, even on a normal day.
