Good day hope you well. My name is Cebokazi. I completed my layby at sterns canal walk on the 10/05/21 layby no (3963842) a Ferro rose gold digital watch R1399.99. The watch was losing time and i took it for repairs in sters canal walk and it came back with the repair no RR015213000736. But after a week it problem was still there. I took the watch back spoke to the manager who was on chanrge on August 2021. Because i was working she said she will send someone to the store to tell me when should i come for my referal number for my repairs, but that didn't happen. I had to leave the mall being transferred to another branch. In September i phoned her she said the watch could not be fixed i should come to do an exchange. but because of me being busy i didn't have time to do so. I phoned the store spoke to the new manager who promised to phoned me regarding this matter because she didn't know anything about this issue which i understand but she never called me. This store customer service is pathetic from my first experience with management with staff.
