I’m Anam Ntuli from Port st Johns I have a complaint I have never felt so little of myself and disappointed at Port St. John’s Boxer Store butchery I was there to buy meat with the voucher I got there for 100 so I ask the lady for a meat of R100 she helped me without asking if it’s ohk when it’s R103 and something cent she assumed and I asked noticing that it’s above my R100 voucher if is it less than R100 and she answered me shouting if don’t I have 3 rands only ??? I told her o don’t have and she continued that I should have told her that I’m going to use the voucher and I kept quite because I didn’t understand why should I told her about the voucher because I never asked for for meat more than my voucher and it’s the 20th and there were other people I was soo hurt because she continued shouting I took the meat and left. Please train your people the way to treat other people nice please I’m soo hurt about this I was soo humiliated infornt of people I don’t even know.
