I was at a baby shower when I was called that my little brother of 13yrs was to stay with me tonight because she needed to be at a funeral, came back late at 8pm and wanted to sign my brother in, the security (melusi) refused, I asked why, he said it's a risk that he can sign by that time, but then I saw 3 people signing thier companion in with 20rand as a bribe, then I know that he wanted to me to give him bribe. When I went to report to the caretaker, the caretaker didn't even care, they said I should let my brother sleep outside, and I didn't have money to pay for bribe. It is painful, while I watched him let his brothers and sisters who spoke the same language as him without a bribe. Racism and bribery still exist.
