Complaint about staff member

I have a serious complaint about a staff member involved in the tree top challenge offered by skyway trails. My two adolescent granddaughters signed up for this activity today (between 1 and 2 pm) and were assisted by one of the staff members. This young man made inappropriate remarks, asked them embarrassing questions (such as "have you started dating yet")and generally behaved in an untoward manner. The older girl in particular felt that she had been sexually harrassed (her words). I feel very strongly that a female staff member should have been asked to help them since physical contact is required to assist people in challenging sections of this course. There were several young women who were not busy sitting in the office during this time. The whole situation was unacceptable and unprofessional.
