Didn't pay

I was hired to create a farewell video for the CEO of a company. Colin Law hired my company and ended up not paying me the full figure. He paid a 15% deposit before filming and a year later his colleague paid me an extra R4000. I am still owed R16 000 and i filmed the job in 2011. I have issued court summons and gone that whole route but handling it myself didnt work out well.

I have continuously contacted him but his reply is always the same. That he is currently sorting it out and payment will be made soonest. Well now 2 years later he was obviously stalling and hoping I'll move on and leave it alone.

My next step is to drop the figure to R13 000 and take it to small claims court.
