News24 weather not accurate!

I am in Cape Town on Business, and trusted in News24's mobile service to give me an indication of what the tempreture would be like, I am at a restauran and the Cape is freezing cold I assume below 17 degrees. News24 says it is curently 23 which is absolute hogwash and absolutely incorrect. I trusted News24 but now my trust has had a hard hit.
