Ad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad

We wanted a listing in the yellow pages - but never signed off on the proof or accepted anything.
We were very surprised when the listing was placed - We have spoken to the general manager, David Kunneke and Dorothy Pooe. I have sent sent and resent everything they asked for and still we get an account.
If I try to phone David he is unavailable or I am left holding for 10 minutes.
I am quite sick of their service, bad attitudes and lack of responce.
