Bunch of who will take your money

1. In July 2012 Dean Schenkl came over to my office to sign me on for an On line Advertising Campaign.
2. Since I had one running already I advised Dean that if Search Networx took over my Campaign they would have to at least generate more clicks per a month with the same budget that I was utilizing at the time.
3. We agreed that they could Guarantee more clicks than what I was currently receiving and do it within the same budget. Further it was agreed that if Dean could not deliver more clicks within 3 months then I could provide One month's notice and exit the agreement.
4. After 3 months they could not deliver. I evoked my right in the agreement to cancel but they refused.
5. They continued to debit my account for R 16700 per month even though they where not running any campaigns for me. After numerous attempts on my part to resolve the matter I was advised they will see me in court.
6. Now they want to summon me for R 49600. Bring it!
7. Last chance to resolve this matter amicably.
8. If we go to court I will win and counter sue for waste of cost.
9. Do the right thing... your'll wasted my time and money just settle this matter and lets move on our respective paths.
