Poor service and a judgement against my name

Four years ago I lodged a complaint against Search Networx. They for the first month advertised my business in the wrong area. We are a electrified fencing company based in Cape Town, Voltage. The very little calls I received from the campaign was from JHB. Somebody from Search Networx contacted us after lodging a complaint on Hellopeter and the matter was resolved. I did not have to pay the final month.
Now 4 years later we have had a company vehicle fail. I went to buy a new company bakkie and my finance was declined as Search Networx has recently (in the last 3 months) put a judgement against my name.
I will however be seeking Civil action against the company for damages to my name and brand and for loss to my business income and for having to let staff go due to us not having a vehicle and all this in the busiest time of the year.
If anybody else wants to get involved to stop these criminals please inbox me [Email Removed] Lets stop the of our money, there poor service and there unethical business module.
They did not once contact me to notify me of there intentions to place the judgement against my name. Surely this is illegal on its own.
