Extremely unprofessional staff

My girlfriend as well as her mother have told me about this guy selling newspapers on Both Avenue in the morning and I witnessed it first hand this morning. He is extremely tacky looking and EVERY morning he offers both of them papers and as the paper gets delivered to their home they shake their heads, at which point he starts begging and asking for food/money. If you ignore him again he throws his hands up, taps the car window and all the way along the body and zaps them!
I swore at him this morning and his response was the same and I figured instead of taking it further I will just contact the employer rather than get a case of assault against me.
I find this completely inappropriate and ridiculous that the Pretoria News would find it acceptable to employ a animal of this nature.
