Still receiving threats, STOP - Had no reply

Around 3 years ago I contacted Trudon regarding placing an advert in the Yellow pages. I was extremely interested and said I would do a once off payment, BUT as always the way I do business is to have EVERYTHING in writing, going through all the information as it's too much over the phone and requested the sales person to forward me the contract so I can go through it again. He also said that I should have paid the amount in the next 2 months following which I never did, but they went ahead and placed the ad. I did not sign off the contract sent to me as I NEVER RECEIVED it because the sales person wrote it down INCORRECTLY - he acknowladged that after I saw my ad and phoned in as I never CONFIRMED FINALLY. I am still being sent threatening sms's regarding this and have been told I have to pay by a certain date or be blacklisted and also pay for all the legal action fees to be taken against me. I strictly said I WANT TO GO THROUGH THE PAPER WORK & as I did not received it, thought about it later and decided against the offer. Why did they place it when I strictly wanted to double check and did not pay before a certain date!! This is really pathetic and the harassment unacceptable!
