No goods, no debit orde

Last year i subscribed to the DC Chess Collection. I received my first order in January as promised and was debited the end of the month. Since then i have not been debited for the new chess pieces, i have also not received any new pieces. My subscriber letter says i will receive two new chess pieces every 4 weeks. And my account will be debited at the end of the month. The letter says t hat by subscribing you are guaranteed to never miss an issue, which just seems to be a catch to get people to subscribe. Please can someone look into this as this is not fair on any of the subscribers.
