I would like to express my utmost disappointment and disgust with the lack of feedback or response from Colleen Sefatsa in regards to handling a previous complaint I had written here on Hello Peter.
Apart from the fact that she did not call me within those specified hours in her response, the matter still has not found traction from the day I reported about it in August. I'd call her and she'd be so apologetic on the phone and promise to follow up and call me back before "end of business day" which was nothing but a farce as she'd never call me I was the one who would call her all the time. I have reached my saturation point and I doubt I'd ever want to associate myself with Sunday Times & related publications, from being duped by their call centre agent telling me I could have won the Las Vegas trip had I been a subscriber (competition was open to all mind you) to their poor attempt or lack thereof, to remedy the situation. I tried to call Colleen 2 weeks ago numerous times on 3 consecutive days, she's yet to return my call if ever, that's when I just dissolved myself from this customer service. It's filthy really. Good job Colleen.
