Same pathetic service!!!

So it's almost the end of January and I'm still waiting for the January issue (waiting AGAIN) of the Woman's health to be delivered, have sent two emails (first one on the 6th of Jan) and have not had any response, you do however get an automated email that says the system is being upgraded or something like that, not really the point because I shouldn't be asking for my magazine in the first place...

This has been such an unpleasant experience, can't wait for this subscription to come to an end and most certainly won't resubscribe!
