Bluelakessa not keeping to their terms as advertis

1) bluelakessa advertised for cars- I received a list from them with a specific instalment of 2099.00. this amount of R2099.00 is recorded on my account as well, but when they debit my account they are now taking off R3605.32. This is too much for me and I and finding it very difficult to keep up to the payment. I have sent them email but they don't reply to this query.
2) With regards to the above, I have TWENTY THREE clients who have responded to my Earn Keyword which is on my account, I find it very strange that not one of these deals was not a sale, some of them say time lapse, is it not the dealers job to contact the relevant customer and query with them. I was supposed to be paid R3000.00 per deal, and this was suppose to help me to pay for the car. The only reason that I took the deal was for the advertising to pay for the car.
3) September payment for advertising not paid, on my account it states the date but they are saying I had no date, I emailed them regarding this query.
I am living from hand to mouth at the moment and really cannot afford this, please can you help me.
