Reimburse me for 4months of no delivery

I have had with Sunday Times Subscriptions and their pathetic service. I laid numerous complaints for non-delivery of newspaper for months on end. Now that my contract is about to lapse I get notification asking that I renew my contract, whilst you have previously failed to provide me with a newspaper for over four months and when you and your distribution people finally catch up;none of you attends to the fact that we paid for service for four months and received nil. What is going to happen to the premium I had paid for and still no paper from you? It is not my problem that your distributor was supplying my neighbour with newspaper meant for me!!!
