Pathetic subscriber delivery service

I am at my wits end. I am a more-than regular subscriber to the Sunday Times. Their delivery service is absolutely pathetic. For two weeks in a row now, I have not received my paper despite calls to the call centre and an assurance that I would. Come on Megan Power do something about this shoddy service!
