Repeat offence happens repeatedly, never resolved

The first time this happened I was livid, the second time it took me a week to calm down and now this is the third time. I go through the motions... call complaints, I get told that someone will fix the delivery issue immediately. that is where I am up to now.
But I can tell you the rest before it happens. I am a prophet.
no one will do any thing today.
This Hello peter complaint will get me a phone call.
BUT
they will side with the delivery guy, who would have delivered the paper tomorrow, and he will tell them that he did deliver today, but he is enjoying a family braai far away somewhere..
I will be told repeatedly that everybody is sorry, oh so sorry - BUT NONE OF THAT WILL HELP, I STILL WOULD NOT HAVE READ MY SUNDAY PAPER.
the delivery guy begged me last time to not cancel the service, really begged. damned
If by some miracle I actually get my delivery today, I will be back to say so, but I expect that I will have to go and buy one.
a years free subscription would not stop me hating the bad service that I keep on getting from this business.
I doubt I am the only person on this delivery guys route, so if he did it to more people he should get fired! others need the work
