I don't receive my paper and staff can't assist!

Good day

I signed up online for the weekly Cape Times and opted for the debit order payment. and the first installment was deducted off my account immediately...

After 1week of no update / feedback I followed up and was told I needed to re-register as online registering is not valid. Frustrated and annoyed, I proceeded to complete the form and before I returned it, another person contacted me advising that everything was sorted out and the paper would start arriving from 16 October.

I then notified the other agent that was assisting me and she confirmed that everything was in order and the next debit order would go off on the 1 November... Needless to say the debit order never went off on 1 November and after receiving 17 papers (and not 20), I no longer get the paper.

No one knows what is going on there, as every time I follow up I get a different story... You make the task of receiving the paper daily, very frustrating and unpleasant!
