Threatened into paying for ad

Many years ago I placed an ad with the chatsworth rising sun, it was a new business and first time advertising with this paper I gave specifications, ad to be place in the center of page 3 with the layout and logo I provided. The agent was to get back to be with a preview before running the ad, a few days later I received a call from her that she ran the ad on the extreme left on the top of page 8 because this was the only space available, and she used an incorrect logo that she felt was similar, I did then question why this was published without my approval as we could have corrected it and placed it where I requested in the next issue, she said she needed to fill the paper. I adv her that I will not be paying for this as it was not what I had requested. In 2011 I was asked to appear in the pinetowm court which I did for the amount of R330 and I explained to your lawyer why I didn't pay but she just brushed me off and said I will hear from them, again 2 years went by and now I am being hounded by callers and people looking for me, I never hid, I am being treated as a theif for a deceitful act on the rising sun's part, I have not received any business from this ad
