Financial Mail
New Subscriber - No Delivery

Hi

I bought a new subscription from Financial Mail for a friend of mine for his birthday a month ago. Despite them phoning me a couple of times asking whether the magazine has arrived (and me telling them NO) my friend has still not received his first addition.

The subscription is pretty expensive (R585 for 6 months) After I paid on their website, the prompt read that I should give it 7 days for the first issue, which I did. They phoned me about two weeks later, asking if the issue has been delivered... I said "NO". I asked them to change the contact detail of the subscription to my friend's details and to give him a call with the explanation... NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

I am not one to complain, but this was a gift and my friend's birthday was a month ago!

Please sort this out ASAP!
