Unhappy client

Hi.. My name is Fosi 0791112530. I sent a complaint last week regarding non delivery of the Drum Magazine. I was told the magazines have been posted plus the back copies. I was also informed that i will have three credits. I have not received any follow up since and still nothing has been delivered. I want to know what am i paying for and want confirmation of credits via email.

I really considering canceling if the matter is not sorted out. What is the point of subscribing if i get the copies after its on the shelf. I rather cancel and buy at the shops.
