Staff very unprofessional

Very unprofessional.

Albert Jooste, the receptionist for the switchboard at Media 24 sends out a very unprofessional signal to the public. After numerous attempts I could not get through to specific person and when kindly requested that he try an alternative number for my contact person he advised me that unfortunately he has the one number and there is nothing else he can do... after I thanked him, he cut me off.
