I have pulled a credit report last week and found that my Master Card account number: account number: 522100 8264740692 which I paid up on 4 April 2011, was not updated and removed on ITC as promised by Ms A Mbuli. Luckily for me I had kept the paid up letter and receipt. I than emailed Brigette Davids and was informed by a Lelo that I must forward my request to the person who sent the letter. I did not have the details of A Mbuli, however the letter was signed by Brigette Davids that's why I contacted her. Thereafter I received a email from Precious "stating the following: Please find contact on cc which was Nombulelo Nemadzhilili email address and have contacted and so far still no responded. What am I to do, all I requested was for assistance? Could someone not have just forward my query to someone to deal with my query. I think its absolutely pathetic and unprofessional.
Can anybody at Standard Bank please assist me with my query kindly please?
