POD's required

I have been notified by Jackin that I am owing R 300.00 odd on my account. I have fully paid all books that I have recieved. I asked Jackilin that on my statement there is two Jan Boekpakkies? Why have I been charged twice in January? I have only now received another package for May so payment is only due now? So in other words I am only owing you one payment? Also I cancelled the vakansie boekpakkie and I definetily did not receive that one also? Why am I charged for something I did not get? Please send me proof of delivery for the vakansie boekpakkie also the two January ones that I supposedly got? Then I was asked to give them a list of my books?? WHAT?? I want a POD and will not pay for something that I did not get. Also then I was asked if they can send me the vakansie boekpakkie!! After I said I cancelled and did not recieve? I don't understand but I want an answer. If I signed for it I will pay for it!
