Speakers Repair Issue

To Whom it may concern

I wish to complain about DXN PRO Music System that I purchased on 31/01/2024.

I am complaining because the speakers after 13 days had a faulty sound. To resolve this problem I would like you to have the speakers repaired on no cost.

When I first learned of this problem, I returned it to Cash Crusaders in Silverton where it was purchased, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem because the speaker does not have a warranty. I believe that this response is unfair because when I purchased it, I was not told that it will be sent for repairs and I must pay. I spent almost R30.000 on purchases at the store for the music system and a TV on that day. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I may be contacted at this email address or 0620708652
