Defrauded by ITC Clearance Solutions4u

I paid this company R2, 700 as a deposit on March 27 this year, for clearing my name on ITC name. The agreement states that this will happen in 10-14 working days. I sent an e-mail on the 12th of April to find out how far they were with my matter. I only got a response two days later stating that there was a delay due to the Easter Holidays which I understood. I was then assured that my clearance certificate will be issued to me by the end of the week (around the 20th of April) I then got contacted by a Williams Brown who said that he was in charge of my file. He asked that I send him a paid up letter from one of the creditors to which I informed him that I do not have. I have since e-mailed Williams Brown and Lani Matthews and both of them have not responded. I have also tried to call Lani Matthews the guy I have been dealing with initially to no avail. I believe that they are, they should prove me otherwise by either paying back my money or by fulfilling their responsibilities as stated in the agreement.
