Pathetic Service not to ever be recommended

We have recently been renovating and my husband and I decided to give the smaller companies the opportunity to get some business and knowing that most times you get better service.

Was I not horribly wrong!!!

Firstly we were promised that the job would took a day, three days did we only eventually have a floor.

Secondly, the staff was rude to my dad who supervised the job for us and then without communicating with me who has to pay the bill, additional costs were added to my bill.

Because I have merely asked to for an explanation, I was asked if I will be home on the public holiday for them to remove things. I have been horrified by the service and will never ever recommend them to anyone.

The contractor that did our kitchen has already secured himself at least 4 other jobs in our complex alone let alone friends and family.

Well done Comfort Flooring - you have lost business big time because many people have been wanting to see our place as they plan to renovate too.
