The worst accountant on the planet

Our company has been with Esme Eloff of Taxcare since 2009, the service has been dismal... no feedback whatsoever and she apparently did not even bother to file our last tax return. We needed to have our company registered with the commissioner and waited from October last year with little or no joy to date

Now that we have moved our personal and business tax to a new accountant we have been trying since January to get copies of all our documents, tax forms and a return of our receipts to no avail... phone calls and emails are ignored and when we go there nobody opens for us. Despite promising to give us a copy of pastel for our new accountant we are still waiting. Every single job we have ever given her to do has been done badly or otherwise ignored despite paying her R513 /month since July 2009.
