No response to international incoming parcels

I have faxed through invoices 3 times already to Capemail and have emailed customer services twice. The following packages have not been forwarded to my local post office Howard Place as instructed and I have not received any correspondence. I simply do not have time to go to Capemail in Epping myself to collect these parcels.
