Keep on going even though I'm NOT INTERESTED!

A sales consultant phoned me about their product/service they provide and I gave him a chance to explain everything to me, I was being polite. After everything he confirmed my details which he got from a collegue of mine and then applied me to the service as a member after I said many times I'm not interested and still he went on telling me I will enjoy the service. I asked him to cancel the application, but he said that he couldn't because they are running a live system so as he confirms my details it goes into the system. I really don't want the service as I won't be able to pay for the subscription each month, as I told the consultant as well, but he just went on again. The consultant had to confirm with me first before applying me to this service, now I have to phone and cancel which is going to take me a while.
