Change of ownership on 2 vehicles

All paper work was give to DontQ 1 Feb 2013 for both Vehicles.

14 March 2013 I received and email stating "The papers are ready, please collect at your convenience."

I went to their offices 15 March 2013 - They could not find them. Drove back to work (2hrs wasted)

To-date I have not received any communications from DontQ.

Service is not what I expected, I could have done it myself quicker?
