Its a shame that I am only bumping into information posted by previous customers who have had no delight. I am still going to investigate who else this can be reported to because PK cannot go on people out of their investments.

I had a broken re-furbished machine delivered to a site of less than 30 people (this contrary to their specifications of no less than 120 people company). I sent emails upon emails demanding the machine to be fixed or PK giving me a new machine. They would then take weeks to respond - lying about investigating matters. I thereafter demanded my full money back refund, which they then told me it was not possible because I had passed my 2 months period which I thereafter demonstrated to them it was not the case but still no full refund could be given to me.

The boss, like other complaints have demonstrated responded through his Adelle to say that he didnt think my issue was worth a meeting. This is the kind of service one deals with at PK. Its digusting and they must be exposed for their activities against me and many more people before me
