Trouble in getting my UIF which I cliamed fo

It all started when I got retrenched from my previous job in September 2012.
When I lost my job, I immediately took the advantage of applying to claim from UIF as I realised that I might be unemployed for a while seeing that it is very difficult to get a job so late in the year.

I went and did everything that was required for me and submitted all my paperwork. I was then approved and I was issued a piece of paper where I was to sign for my money every time I was expected to go go back on a specific date.
As I went and signed the second time, I told the person (Clearance) helping at that day that I never received my first month's money and he told me that they have a back log and that my money would be paid in my account with the second months payment that I have signed for.
This never happened and I thought maybe I will just give them some more time before I would start making waves around this.

Luckily for me I got a new job in December 2012 and is still employed up until now, however, I went in the meantime to find out why I was never paid out and if I am still going to get my funds in the time I wasn't working. I am still having trouble with them as they refuse to pay
