Dettol
Product NOT working

We bought 2 bottles of Dettol floor cleaner to wash our tiles. Now I cannot get the 'wax' layer off my tiles!?
What the? Is it not suppose to clean your floors? Now its making it worse? I ended up buying a steam mop to try and get rid of the 'wax' layer on the floor, but its not working...
Is your product suppose to do this?
