SA Post Office
Bad Service!!

A parcel was sent and I have noted that it has arrived at the Ladybrand post office but staff there say they cant find it though they admit that it has arrived.

The recipient was told to go check regularly!!! The expenses of regularly checking a parcel that has been paid for will be on whose account? Can't the Post Office even promise to call when they have located the parcel?? This is really bad service.
