Continued charge for cylinders not in our posetion

It has been moths now that i have waited as a manager so solve the problem about the suremix cylinders at our store. The continually charge us rental for 5 cylinders.

I don't understand why we are paying rental for something that we don't have. I mean the business was sold and the account was renewed and somehow this problem has just been carried over.

I would like for someone to just tell me if i am wrong about this. Perhaps there is an explanation to this.
