Pathetic legal procedures

Sabc tv licences has still not issued me with a card and i purchased a tv almost 2 years ago. I was retrenched in Jan month and still unemployed and have not ONCE been issued with a letter stating legal action will be taken against me.they cant do that, nor phone, NOR issue a card which is due, but can send a SMS saying i have been handed over to lawyers demanding i pay my full balance in 3days.tv licence can be paid month to month.the FULL amount is not mandatory to be paid upfront for the year.this was last told to me somebody when i phoned in.i would be ashamed of myself for playing the same old rubbish over and over across the tv channels over the years and still be demanding over money owed.not everybody are mindless like the people keeping government in power, to wanna watch the same over and over.and as a unemployed i wont pay while my kids eat less while so many people have televisions without licence and who can blame them
