SAPO using rowing boats to deliver mail

I have at least 10 items that I have sent overseas. I have tracking numbers for these items. Nobody at SAPO can tell me where they are. I have received From a Blignaut person a condescending e-mail once telling me that it can take up to 3 months to deliver. Well sunshine some of these are 4 and 5 months old. This has harmed my business greatly, and I wish all the same to all of the lazy incompetent staff at SAPO.May you too loose your jobs as you have managed to do to me.
