PAID FOR UIF ASSISTANCE AND NOTHING EVER SUBMITTED

Mothersjoy submit and follow up on the UIF payment for women who give birth.
We submitted all our documents to Mothersjoy early February and was informed via email on 25 Febuary 2013 that the documents were submitted on 22 February 2013.
We enquired again on the 3 April 2013 about payment and were told that "it was a bit too early cause their system is not working properly due to financial year end"

I called the UIF Dept on 8 April 2013 and was informed that NO CLAIM HAS EVER BEEN SUBMITTED!

I have effectively wasted my money on this service and wasted my time as I now have to source all the relevant documents again and go to a Labour Centre myself!
