Bakker Transport
Bakker Transport refuses to pay my car's damages!

One of their drivers of Bakker Transport crashed into me in December. I called Bakker Transport to let them know about the indecent and emailed them the accident report. They gave me a number of their broker from Wheelrite Insurance her name is Venessa Moonsamy I called her quite a number of times she did not respond, though her office told me she was not on leave.. In January i decided to fix my own vehicle as i was going back to work after holidays. Eventually I got hold of Vennessa and she gave me a claim no and asked me to send all my documentation so I emailed. To this day I have not been paid for my vehicle damages. I have been calling Vaneel, who is the contact person for Bakker Transport to intervene, but still this is not going anywhere. If bakker Transport can not deal with their Insurer, Wheelrite Insurance then they must pay me for my cars damages.
